Ugh here too.
I changed my lunch routine to include a lot more fiber this week, and it caught up to me on this run. I found myself cutting my 4 mile run half a mile short to SPRINT back home. Ugh. Ugh Ugh. I do not usually have too many digestive issues, but I think I must have pushed my tummy to the limit this week, and then ran on it.
I am running again tomorrow and cycling on Sunday. Even though today was short, it's nice to be training againYes, I am still being careful!
