DH and I went out for an easy (for me) 25. He's still searching for the right saddle for his road bike. I took the opportunity to work on my spin, but my stupid cadence sensor isn't working. Grrrr. It's not the battery - I think the sensor unit has gone kaput, have to call Garmin in the morning. I can get my distance from mapmyride and figure the average speed from there, didn't even put on the HRM for tooling around (but I can live without that for cycling too), but I NEED my cadence monitor. Arrrgh.

Then I went for a run just so I could get a workout. It was supposed to be my long run day, but since it was kindasorta a brick which I don't normally do, I kept it short.

It was a beautiful day. I turned over 3500 for the year yesterday.
