Haven't been cycle-commuting work much in last few wks. So tonight was first time in last wks. my work commute included biking homeward. A lovely evening --6 degrees C, no wind.
Early this morning, I was feeling constipated, flushed in face..but once I cycled for first 10 min., my whole body and tempermental organs..felt normalized. It's like taking a quick medicine...
I often find this: cycling seems to 'normalize' all my bodily functions, particularily if I'm abit off-kilter.
