Sugoi Midzero tights and Sugoi Subzero tights (depending on how cold it is). I have several pairs of each and they are my favorite winter tights (I also have Hind, Nike, CWX etc).
The fit is extremely comfortable, with enough room for "female" hips/buttwhile not gapping around a narrowish waist.
The fabric is very wind and weather resistant while being breathable. It has a cozy fleecy nap on the inside (although the pile is very low and I wouldn't call them "fleece lined").
In general, I love Sugoi.
