gawwwwd, I ran on the dreadmill last night and tonight (because it's doing that really wet, heavy snow thing that makes running on the trail suck in more than one way...I hope it gets colder soon) and my hammies are angry-tight. I guess it's just the change in surface.

Shiraz, no races as I haven't been putting in the miles (I think the longest I've done since about April is 17 miles). Maybe in the spring (of '09). My goal is to not get interrupted next year and actually do at least one hard 50k and a 50 miler. Maybe. Damn cycling and damn husband always seem to interfere with the training plan...
