My husband cooks, so we have lots of leftovers, so it's pretty easy to grab something. I have the best lunchbox in the world (Zojirushi's Ms. Bento) which fits into the side section of my Topeak trunk bag--so my lunch is always separate from my clothes.

The place I work is also a garbage food paradise, so if I'm hungry at work, it can be BAD. I've gone down that path a few times...It's a school for kids with autism, and the kids are motivated by whatever they like--and often what they like is cheetos, m&ms, skittles, chips, and so on.
