Last night I pre-ordered a book out of Amazon.com in Canada 'cause the US site isn't even handling pre-orders. I have no clue when I'll get the book in the mail. But I am looking forward to arriving home one day and finding a present on my doorstep.

When you've lived in rural areas or want specialty items - you get used to waiting.
