Okay I went through menopause! I used to have a nice waist but now it's disappearing. Plus all my exercising is not helping me to lose this waist weight either. I do eat healthy. Well, I am a sugar junky. But I've tried cutting back a lot. Anyone out there have the secret to keeping their waists thin after menopause? I've heard yogurt is the elixir of waist reduction. I don't want to become my mom and aunts. All slim except their waists! No more zipper pants for them, everything elastic!
