Personally, I probably wouldn't drink it. It doesn't have much by way of potassium and salt. Taurine and I don't get along well and it's got a bunch of B12 that makes me jittery. I guess it depends on what you are trying to get back into your system as far as recovery. That's where alot of experimenting, education and sometimes lab tests come in if you are serious about it. Otherwise, look for something that gives you some carbs to work with.
