Rare: slim-fit fleecy jacket under cycling jacket

Is it my imagination or what? But I've spent the last 1/2 yr. casually searching for a close-fitting thinweight fleecy jacket with a full-length zipper. Not 1/2 or 1/4 length zipper. Need flexibility of unzipping a jacket when hot but not chilled when taking off for cycling & non-cycling situations.

Most lightweight fleecy jackets for women....and men are loosefitting under the arm, more loosely cut. Hence, very unsuitable to fit under closefitting cycling jackets. And for odd rare style that does exist, it is a 1/2 or 1/4 length front zipper. About 10 yrs. ago, there was still abit more choice on slimfit or close-fit lightweight fleecy jackets for both genders.

Am motivated 'cause I have a 6 yr. fleecy jacket that's being well used, but will wear out soon. Already my partner threw out his which was heavily used, but it fell apart after 5 yrs. of wear. I would like to help replace his with a new one as part of his Xmas gift.

Or maybe people now wear the thicker polyester smooth surface long sleeved jackets underneath a cycling jacket??? I dunno, all this polyester..is starting to smell alot.under sweaty workouts ...in my imagination? At least fleecy has faster aeration.
