I really wish I lived closer to the Mary Meyer clinics. A friend of mine really wants to learn to swim better - like Knot, she mostly feels like she's just not swimming. I could benefit (forever, we can always learn something) from some technique and tips.

Maybe we'll have a girls weekend and go out to one. Too bad she has a newborn baby. Maybe in 6 weeks when she's going stir crazy...
