Hey, have you actually been able to get the BianchiUSA store to work? I was trying to buy Celeste touch up paint last year. I tried to purchase it through the online store and kept running into errors and bugs in the registration and checkout process (like, there would be a step in which you had to select a state or country, but there would be no drop-down menu or field to enter information, then if you clicked continue, it would kick you back to that page). I am (as my credit cards will attest ) not new at shopping online and I could not check out. So I called them and when I finally got a person, I gave them my credit card info and placed an order for tape and touch-up paint, and it never came (I didn't get charged either, but I was not impressed).

I asked LBS if they could help me get some paint and they sort of rolled their eyes and told me that customers usually had better luck dealing with Bianchi than shops did...
