Thom keeps reminding me that I am actually racing. Apparently everyone else came out of T1 much faster than I did. He was on a corner and hoping to get a shot of me with the bike leaned way over. I looked like a little old lady, with the bike straight up. We did not keep that photo.

I was trying to get my heart rate down. The run from the beach to my transition area seemed REALLY long. And it was a little weird coming out of the water after being in it for so long and then having to move right on to something else.
