Ahh, the post-run benefits! I did five miles of run/walk this morning. Felt good - I haven't been running as much the past few weeks. IT band has been acting up and the inside of my knee and my hip have been hurting off and on, so I've been stretching and using the foam roller and cutting back on the running a little.

After I finished today, I got to have a nice slice of cherry pie - my all-time favorite! No guilt - gotta recharge the carbs. I sure do love running.
