Here's what I think I need. What have I forgotten?
Wearing: Oh so cute tri outfit (it makes me look like a sausage... )and heart rate monitor.
Swim: Cap, goggles, wetsuit
T1: Bike with second HRM on it, helmet, gloves, shoes, socks, sunglasses, water bottles, food
2 towels, water bottle for cleaning feet
T2: Running shoes, visor, food, water bottle
Change of clothes for after.
It sounded like so much more in my head.
