First the milestone: I've ridden 1000 miles on my new road bike! As of today. I bought it March 26th.
And I know many people have posted things along similar lines, but my body shape is changing. I've gained a little weight (actually, gained back about 4 of the 7 lbs I had lost) but seem to be thinner. My pants seem really loose and my butt is more shapely. This seems to have happened sometime in the last week without me noticing. About two weeks ago I started concentrating on my pedalling more - making sure I was pulling back and up with each stroke - and it was like an instant fanny lift. I feel like I should be making an infomercial for this fabulous fitness gadget - the bicycle!
