Is anyone here on a gluten free diet? I'm off of gluten, soy, and egg. I know luna bars are safe, but they are so dense that even when I'm not working out, I can only have a few bites. (Yeah, I have digestive issues beyond just avoiding certain foods.)
What do you guys do? I see those clif shot blocks are safe for the most part, although probably not the most wonderful in terms of whole food nutrition. What's the replacement for a pb&j sandwich? (So far all the GF bread I've seen is not something I'd want to eat.)
