I'm having trouble with my left leg again, darn it! (this is why I ended up walking my last tri, and I don't want to walk this one!)
Messed around with the posting pattern on my Superfeet, and will try going out for another run this afternoon.
Yoda, I need you! It's so hard to analyze one's own gait...
Hamstring origin and ankle are grumpy and forefoot is sliding wildly to the outside in the shoe during toe-off. If I hugely internally rotate at the hip, all is well. Thought it was medial ham, but medial/lateral hams are balanced. Hoping maybe I'm getting too strong for my wedges, so I trimmed them down. Keeping my fingers crossed.
