It is painful when my arm goes back and forth. I put drawing salve (horse type, of course, my husband is a vet!!) and a big bandaid on it, but man, is it sore!! This puppy better go away soon---I have miles to train!!

I went in and in 5 minutes she lanced it, drained it, shot it up with cortisone and my problem was fixed.
