I haven't run this week yet

I did get my road bike out for the first time this season (snowy north, here) and felt GREAT!! Spinning all winter has really helped. I biked, then went to an evening spin class.

I have a boil under my arm!!!! I thought it was a lymph node, but now it is the size of a walnut and has a small head in the center. It HURTS!! I have never had one before. It is painful when my arm goes back and forth. I put drawing salve (horse type, of course, my husband is a vet!!) and a big bandaid on it, but man, is it sore!! This puppy better go away soon---I have miles to train!!
