I'm always grateful when a client lets me know she is on her way to swimming, cycling, running, etc. and doesn't want it styled. It saves me the extra effort and products and gets her out the door faster with cleaner hair she doesn't have to feel bad about messing up. Of course for those who want it styled before exercising, I'm happy to oblige them too

I let my stylist know up front when I'm riding. She does enough of a style to make her happy and not enough to make me feel guilty!
Of course she also knows that if a hairstyle involves more than a little product and MAYBE a quick blowdry, it's a lost cause for me anyway. She helps me choose an easy-to-no maintenance style that I can live - and ride - with.
