getting back into it
well...I feel like I'm back in weeniedom. Because of that dagblasted virus, I eased up on ALL my excercise; haven't been on the bike for several weeks....
I started walking again. I do about a mile a day that includes mostly hills. And I've been doing the stairs at work...
But my legs hurt! Especially at night, or anytime I lie down or basically get my feet off the floor. My t. antitikis (I'm guessing at the name there..
), my knees and arches of my feet.
I know that I need to ease back in and soon I'll be more limber....but in the by and by..are there things I can do to help?
