Well, I was out for try number two this morning. I went outside today. At the trailhead where we park to run there is a small retention pond with a nice flat trail around. It is about 1/3 of a mile around. So we went this morning. I did a 5 min warm-up and then 2 min jog two min walk. I eventually cut the walk down a bit. I did that for 21 mins and then walked 5 more.

DH went out on the trails and did 4 while I was doing my thing. Came home and did my PT exercises and now I am icing, having coffee from Trader Joe's and noodling on TE!

Oh and no pain while running. Sore muscles, but no pain.
