I had aready declared March as my transition back to something...I am not sure what just yet. But back to...training I guess. I think a month of transition and then a month of really easy base training. Then I will see where I am at the end of April.
Right now I need to figure out how to get in to a routine with a very unpredictable body. My PT is officially finished, so I need to come up with a plan.
Right now I am sort of gentle pushing of my limits at the suggestion of my PT to see how I feel. I did a walk/jog on Thursday and another this morning. Aside from being very sore, my knee feels ok.
Still can't swim because of the elbow, but that is ok for now.
I am going to try a street ride tomorrow.
I am going to need to do two days of strength training for my legs, and I am not sure how to fit that in.
But that is what March is for...figuring it out!!!!
