This is a general question about this topic. Since I started riding more seriously over the last year or two, this also includes hiking and run/walking,climbing stairs, I have noticed that I have been getting these knots or hot spots in my legs after exercising.I try to strech the muscle out and sometimes that does not work because the muscle is caught up by the knot and will not release. My only solution to this has been to visit the massuse on a farily regular basis.
Why does this happen?
Is hydration a reason I am getting these? So does this mean I need more liquid?
