A first for me this evening![]()
Long post..
I did 45 min on the trainer after my 1hr of strengthening exercises. As I boogied to Funky Cold Medina and other stuff I practised moving my right leg from a 12oclock position downwards.I still have alot of engaging my hammies work to do.. I also did some one legged cycling on the trainer but that bothered my right knee.
I bought myself a nice new helmet yesterday & decided to venture outside & try it out.Much to Ian's dismay..
So, I hopped back on my bike in our carport and ventured outside. First time in about 3 months!!! It was soooo much fun but so hot!!! I made the following observations:
1-Pushing off with my right knee clipped in is OWWWWW..Pushing my leg all the way down is owwwww..
2-Bumps or any cracks in the road are painful
3-Balance etc is good
So, lesson learnt tonight is..Keep strengthening the leg but gently see what it can do. Be eager but be smart..
