I have the Craft Mingo, TE no longer carries it but similar to this. I don't know if that means Mingo's unavailable.

It's not wool, but is my "go to" jacket.

Very light weight, very visible, wind and water resistant. I've worn it on rides that started out cold and windy (with wool underneath) and that ended up with wind, cold and rain and I stayed toasty warm and dry.

Craft is I think a Swedish co. Isn't it a Swedish saying "there is no bad weather just inadequate clothing"
