Those are so simple to make, it makes them extra evil. When you said

"First, you take the wrappers off a bunch of Hershey's kisses or some similar sized gooey candy:"

I thought you were going to making those peanut butter cookies stuffed with mini-Snickers. Their evil too, but take a lot more work.
