I have read the posts about thryoid issues and I have a questionW when I went to the er because my heart was racing they did a thyroid test and the and the free T4 was 3.27 TSH .01 and I was given beta blockers and told to go to an Encronoligist. I went to the Encronologist and he had me get another blood test and made an appointment for a scan which is this week and Sat. I received the results of the blood test which he gave me and it is normal. My question is can you have a thyroid problem and have normal blood work? Or are there more definitive test? Thanks for any answers I get.
