Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Kalidurga, Regina, and I went for a mountain bike ride in Rosaryville State Park this morning. It was gorgeous here, high 60's to low 70's and sunny. The trail was covered with leaves, but Regina managed to keep us headed where we were supposed to go. (Most of the others on the trail were men who had likely been sent out to play by their wives while dinner was being prepared.)

All was perfect (well, except for the huffing up the hills) until a half mile before then end, when I slid off a rock and ran into a tree. Only minor injuries, nothing that vitamin I and ice can't cure. And the delicious carb-fest I had for Thanksgiving helped, also.

The cold front has blown in and our gorgeous day is now very windy and cool. Hope everyone is having a great day!
