I have like 4 of these and I think they run true to size. I'm a small in most tops and a small in this. I really like this top. It's very flattering, fairly wicking, the pocket is quite large and the bra is really supportive. (FWIW I'm a 34A bra, chest measurment at widest point is about 33"). I guess I'd reiterate that it really IS true to size, the small isn't at all on the tight side on me.

However, I also have 2 of the Sugoi midriff tri top (don't remember what it's called? they've done it for the past two seasons and it hits mid-ribcage and has two little gel pockets), and I need a medium in that -- but it's tri-specific and supposed to fit very snugly.

That said, I think Sugoi in general runs true to size if not a little generous. I have a Sugoi jacket, two Sugoi jerseys, a pair of RS Flex shorts and a pair of cycling knickers and all of them are small (what I usually wear), and all fit easily. Giordana and Adidas, on the other hand, are REALLY small on me in a size small (just sent two nice Adidas jerseys back to Nashbar because small was just TOO small, even though I was easily a small according to the size chart). Castelli fits me well in a small, though it's often suggested to size up... I'm a small in PI shorts and jerseys but definitely a medium in their jackets... I guess it all depends on exactly where you carry your weight and what your bone structure is like (I have fairly broad shoulders for my size and wide hips for my size, but a small waist and a flat chest. I know, that sounds awful ).
