Now, a couple questions that Aunt Latelate just has to ask (DH is a painter with a gallery in NY, and oh, the things we have learned the hard way....)

Will your work be insured during transport and use? By whom? Will skilled art handlers be moving/hanging your work? Will you be paid/credited? How? This is fun, and a great opportunity for your work to be seen, just make sure that you are not taken advantage of in the process. Hopefully your gallery director is getting these questions answered, but make sure!
