Not as much as I'd like!

I ride about 3 times a week. Twice during the week for about 20-25 miles each and once on the weekend for 40-60 miles. I'm training for a marathon now, so running 3 days a week. When that's over I'll decrease my running and increase my cycling.

I'd like to commute once or twice a week and am getting a bike ready. I live close to work, but I live on a ridge. So getting home means two miles of real hurt.
