I just checked my BikeJournal.
I have 108 "rides" - including rollers - for 2007. As we are now in week 41 of the year (I think I counted that right), that equates to about 2.6 rides per week, on average. Some weeks, I might ride 5-6 days (rarely, 7). Some weeks, I don't get to ride at all.
