I wouldn't hold your breath.I'm trying to convince them to make an El Fito TIGHT in women's. I think if it's chilly enough for me to want the wind blocking over the knee, that I will also want the coverage on my calf. I tend to have very cold feet and I dislike having my feet turn to blocks of ice.
However, as with adding any new piece to the line, they have to be convinced that they will be able to sell enough units to make it a viable proposition. They'll add a piece only is they get enough requests. And in the case of a new style, we'd probably see it added in men's before women's, I think.
