Last night we ran from down in the city up the Uetliberg, that's the local "mountain". Total about 10k with 500m elevation gain, time 1:20. Alright, more like slowly plodded up there. But I did not walk any of it.
I was of course in the back, slowest group but the coach stuck with us to show us the way.
He said if I can do this I can do a half marathon.![]()
