Hi all,

I was very excited to ride as part of a co-ed team in the Treadman Duathlon just outside of Rochester, MN on Saturday morning. My brother-in-law and I placed 3rd in the coed team category. I wasn't fast, but we were respectable all around...kind of fun to place in my first event ever!

It's awesome, how encouraging folks are. I have a duathlon coming up on the 23rd that I'm doing alone, and I'm hoping it's as much fun as this one was.
