I did a lot of hill work on my ride yesterday and about half-way through the 20 miles of hills, I started getting queasy. I usually sip a little of my honey/pb/lemon juice gel in my Gel Bot while on the flats to keep my fuel tank topped off. But when I'm doing hills, I always get a little tinge of the queasies. I don't want to eat anything but I need to stay fueled. What should I use to keep my tummy settled? Should I bring along some ginger root? Ginger snaps?
