I'm not usually a thread-starter...... so I'll practice!

This week-
Sun: No miles- did 10 on Sat, plus I was a cold and wet Swim Angel volunteer for the Seattle Danskin Tri- 2+ hours in Lake Washington was enough!
Mon: 3 easy, then some goofing off on the bike trying to find the right saddle position.

Tues: Easy 5 miles

Today: Tempo, 6.5 at 7:47 pace, not bad for a student who never sleeps. (I sure hope all this studying gets me into PT school!)

Decision: Seattle Half or Whole marathon? (In November) Hmmmmm. Oh yeah, and I need to train some for the MS150 coming up- running crosses over, right?
