I just realized this morning, that Xterra Nationals on Sept 30th will be my last tri for the season. I have an adventure race and a du in October, but no more triathlons.
So my question for you experienced tri girls is this:
What type of swim workouts do you do in the "off season"
I plan on starting my base training again in Dec, and I want to keep swimming this fall because I am enjoying it, but what type of workouts should I do?
