KSH, I am not a triathlete. I am not a coach. But, the friend I have who completes IMs gets rest days. And, from my perspective, if this coach runs you into the ground (and perhaps injuries as you get older), you can't afford NOT to change coaches. Just my .02!!Originally Posted by KSH
