I'm trying to decide if I should do an olympic distance on Sept. 23. I have been training and will compete this weekend in a sprint - which I am super excited and ready for, my 3rd sprint to date..
I'm nervous about jumping to an oly too quick - I think the swim and bike won't be a huge leap for me, but i've never run a 10k...even in training. I can always walk though?
Does anyone know about any good olympic distance training plans?
