Ok, pull yourself together Trek:
Continue to swim after work/weekends
Garden on weekends I guess
Walk, Spin or lift at lunch
Pending foot rehab Cycleops at home
Also dependent on foot get back to dojo
Bike to work on days I take off early or bike to work take bus home. I don't feel super comfy on the bike/ped overpass at night, it's a bit remote.
