So is there a way to differentiate KETOSIS and KETOACIDOSIS? or is it the same thing. I always get the funky smell. Not quite the same as amonia smell but definitly it takes on a nasty smell after about an hour on my trainer where I'm staying around 75% to 80%. Last night it was 80-85% for 50 minutes before I called it quits (again my sore back).

And my diet is lean on fat and meat. Mostly carbs from fresh fruit, slice of bread, cous cous/rice/beans and lots of vegetables... I don't seem to be losing muscle. and I don't really feel all that light headed where I've depleted all my carb reserve. translated, I think I'm eating plenty of carb and not enough protein so I wouldn't be expecting to be running in KETOSIS.

The old post was good. But I still don't have an answer of is it BAD for your liver? kidney? healthwise???
