I just opened my leopard jersey from Sierra Trading today! The fabric has a nice slippery softness, and the print is pretty snazzy. The cut of the torso is not clingy but also not baggy--nice flow, and I think I could fit a sleeveless or short sleeved base layer under if I cared to. The inside of the fabric is soft, and while the sleeves don't push up really easily, they can be tweaked up (it's a habit).

What I didn't like: the collar seems a little loose; when the zip is undone a bit and the collar turns back, it looks a little unfinished because the inside of the jersey is white. The zipper does that weird buckle up thing over the chest but that seems to vary by bra (arrgh) and...there's elastic at the bottom.

The bottom elastic isn't too bad, though it does what elastic does if you reach up above your head. I tried the jersey on over a patagonia skort (not a good combo at the hip) and P-I Ultrasensor shorts, very good combo. The elastic behaved better.
Also, about the length-- I found it long enough, but I have a small torso for my height (5'-10" with a 34" inseam).
The fabric was softer than the Shebeest retro jersey, the seams less scratchy and the collar much, much better. Just a little floppier than I like--not that I'm sending it back, mind you!

The print looks better in person than in the STP web image. The cut is a little looser than I might care for, but the base layer option has real merit. My long two cents. Hope it helps!
