It's July 19th, right Fredwina?!!!

So, I just got back from my fastest ride ever. I did my somewhat short "speed" ride. 12 miles, 412 feet of elevation (not huge, but signifcant enough!). My previous three rides were an average of 15.5 pace. This one was 15.9. SO close to 16.0! Aughhhhh!!!!

Oh well. Next time! I'm still completely thrilled with my progress. I worked it hard.
