I ran about 2.75 miles today. It's been about my normal run, 2-3x a week. I realized today that it's time to extend it! I actually felt GOOD. I was able to maintain my heart rate slightly above what I had before and it was ok. Wow! So my 1/2 hour run now needs to go to longer. YayOh and I only walked twice but it was only to lower my HR, I wasn't really all that tired.
