What a georgous weekend we had here in the Midwest and I finally got to ride outside! Only 19 miles but there was a good couple of rises (by my standards, anyway). I feel spiritual refreshed!

The funny thing was, I brought my bike computer inside to record the miles/speed (because I don't trust my memory from the garage to the house! ) and set the computer on top of my laptop to log into BikeJournal. It suddenly started registering speed and logging miles! Now, I'd heard that when you pause at a traffic signal, the magnetic plate under the pavement could mess up your little computer but I didn't realize close proximity to your home computer could do the same thing. Why, I was riding 24 mph while sitting in my chair! Mmmmm..... no, I promise none of these miles will be recorded in bikejournal, CorsairMac!!
