Depending on how you track your nutrition and if you download a file from your HRM to the computer than upload from your computer to a website.....trainingpeaks.com has all of those features. You can log your miles - keeps track of the mileage for the day and week. You can also create a number of training graphs (e.g. training time per week, training distance per week, time in HR zones per week, etc) and you can choose the time periods you want to view. If you have a file from your HRM, you can upload it directly into the website and it breaks it out into EVERYTHING you ever wanted to know automatically. They also have a nutrition section on the site for you to input all of that stuff.
