Polar Cs200-connection problem-Help

Hello,

Í'm trying to download my Polar info to the Weblink but I keep getting the following error message
"Connection failed..an unknown error happened during connection"

This is the first time i've encountered this error & have used the Polar Weblink thing for about 4 months.

I've played with the Polar settings for the weblink, i've searched through the Polar site & tutued with ma computer and i can't find the exact answer.
What have I done wrong? I just want to download the three files from my Cs200 to my puter..

I know it's probably a human error but I can't locate my exact answer.
